The first 30 days focus on establishing proper form, muscle activation, and building a foundation of strength. You'll learn to connect with your leg muscles through targeted exercises designed to prepare your body for the intense work ahead.

Days 31-60 introduce higher-intensity training protocols that challenge your newfound strength. Using strategic periodization, you'll experience controlled muscle breakdown and optimized recovery for maximum hypertrophy and strength gains.

The final 30 days focus on bringing out maximum definition in your newly strengthened legs. Specialized techniques, including drop sets, supersets, and targeted isolation work, will help reveal the muscle separation and vascularity that showcases your hard work.
